It is necessary

    • 1 carp with head
    • 2 onions
    • 1 carrot
    • 2 potatoes
    • 0.5 cups sour cream
    • greens
    • salt
    • foil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and gut the carp. A short knife with a sturdy blade is suitable for cleaning this fish. In order not to collect scales throughout the kitchen, do not try to clean large areas at once, it is better to remove the scales gradually, 2-3 things at a time. Cut the belly of the carp from head to tail and use large kitchen scissors to separate the entrails from the carp. Try not to damage your gallbladder. Remove the entrails and rinse the carp under running water. Salt the carp and refrigerate.

Step 2

Peel and boil the potatoes until half cooked. Let it cool slightly and cut into 0.5 centimeter thick rings. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings. Cut the carrots into strips. Saute the onions and carrots until golden brown, then combine with the potatoes. Add finely chopped dill, parsley and 2 tablespoons of sour cream there. Season with salt to taste and mix well.

Step 3

Remove the carp and carefully stuff with the potatoes, onions and carrots. Try to keep the whole abdomen tightly packed with this mixture. Spread generously with sour cream on top of the carp and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.

Place the foil in several layers on a baking sheet or large skillet. Try to keep the edges of the foil significantly larger than the fish. Transfer the carp to the foil and fold the edges to form a side. Cover the top with 2-3 layers of foil, carefully tucking it under the side of the bottom.

Step 4

Place the baking sheet with carp in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake the fish at this temperature for 40 minutes. Make sure that the carp does not burn underneath. To avoid this, place a wide skillet filled with water under the fish baking sheet.
