With the advent of the multicooker, the hostesses breathed a sigh of relief. After all, cooking in it is a sheer pleasure. Any recipe for a particular dish can be cooked in a slow cooker, but most of all housewives love to cook casseroles, which always turn out well, unlike cooking in the oven.

- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a few tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. l. semolina;
- - salt to taste;
- - 150 g of milk;

Step 1
First of all, you should prepare dried fruits, rinse and pour boiling water over them. Place the semolina in a glass of milk. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Place the curd in a mixing bowl, add the yolks and sugar to the bowl.

For the whites to whisk quickly, the dishes must be dry. If you cool the eggs in advance, the whipping process will be significantly reduced. Add some salt. You can also mix cottage cheese with sugar, in this case the structure of the casserole will be grainy. If you beat the curd, the structure will be uniform.
Step 3
Rinse the dried fruit again and place it in a single layer on a paper towel to speed up the drying process. Cut dried apricots into pieces, sort out the raisins. Mix milk with semolina. The multicooker bowl should be greased with butter or vegetable oil. Then pour the dough into a container.
Step 4
Set the mode called "Baking" for the time set by the multicooker. A sound signal will remind you that the casserole is ready, but do not rush to get it, let it stand for another 10 minutes in the slow cooker, preferably until it cools completely. The casserole turns out to be tender and fragrant, such a dish will not leave anyone indifferent.
Step 5
You can decorate the casserole as you wish. For example, melt chocolate, pour over sour cream or garnish with fresh berries. It all depends on your imagination and desire to truly please your loved ones with such an exquisite dish.
