Cottage cheese casserole can be prepared in a variety of ways. In a slow cooker, it will turn out to be gentle, will not waste a lot of your time and the whole family will like it.
It is necessary
- -400-500 grams of cottage cheese;
- -1/2 cup sour cream;
- -4 chicken eggs;
- -1 yolk;
- -1/4 cup sugar;
- -1/2 cup semolina;
- -1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- -vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a deep container. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, punch with a blender or knead with a fork so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese in a container, add sugar and 4 eggs. Grind everything thoroughly or punch with a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Add semolina, vanillin, mix thoroughly again or punch with a blender. You can connect a mixer and beat for 5 minutes so that the sugar is completely dissolved and the mass becomes homogeneous.
To swell the semolina, you can give the curd mass a little rest.
Step 4
You can place baking paper at the bottom of the multicooker bowl so that the casserole comes off more easily and the bowl remains practically clean. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the bowl with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Pour the dough (it will turn out to be quite liquid, about like a charlotte) into the multicooker bowl.
So that the top is not too poor, spread with a silicone brush (or in any other way) the top of the future casserole with yolk. The finished casserole will acquire a pleasant ruddy color due to this.
Step 6
On the multicooker panel, set the "Baking" mode for 40-45 minutes. Do not open the lid during baking. After the shutdown signal, leave the casserole in the multicooker for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully remove the casserole from the multicooker bowl, cut into portions and serve with sour cream, jam, jam or condensed milk. The casserole turns out to be very tender and tasty.
