Mannik is a wonderful light sweet dish. But in many recipes there is flour that does not suit girls who are losing weight. It turns out that you can cook manna without flour, using cottage cheese, and to make the dish even lower in calories, you can use a sweetener instead of sugar.
It is necessary
- -1 glass of semolina
- -250 g fat-free cottage cheese
- -1 glass of fat-free kefir or sour cream
- -0.5 teaspoon of vinegar slaked baking soda
- -70 g water
- -7-10 tablets of sweetener or 0.5 cups of sugar
- -2 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the semolina with kefir, leave to swell in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, add to the semolina when it swells.
Step 3
Beat sugar with eggs, add to the manna-curd mixture. Or dilute the sweetener in water, add to the mixture.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, pour the dough into it, put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
