The usual, well-known cheesecakes are probably already boring, so to speak. I suggest changing their recipe a little and baking them in the oven. So they will be even tastier and healthier.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - apples - 2 pcs;
- - cinnamon - 0.25 teaspoon;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - vanilla sugar - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- - potato starch - 1 tablespoon;
- - semolina - 3 tablespoons;
- - oatmeal - 1 glass;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
With the fruit, do the following: Peel and chop into small cubes. Then transfer to a bowl with a thick bottom, season with cinnamon and put on fire. Heat this mixture until the apples are soft. When this happens, place them in a blender and mash them.
Step 2
Place the following ingredients in a separate bowl: cottage cheese, vanilla and plain sugar, as well as egg and sour cream. Rub the resulting mass thoroughly. Then add apple puree, semolina and potato starch to it. Mix well. Thus, you get a dough for future cheesecakes. It should be soft, but not overflowing from the spoon.
Step 3
Place the oatmeal on a loose plate. Put a tablespoon of dough in this mass. Roll it thoroughly in it, and then form a cheesecake with your hands. Do this with the whole test.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. In the meantime, cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and sprinkle semolina on it, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Place the resulting cheesecakes and send to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished baked goods and boldly serve them to the table, for example, with sour cream or any jam. Apple syrniki are ready!
