Kugloff is a French cuisine dish. A traditional dish of the city of Alsace. Such a delicacy is baked for various holidays, as well as for Christmas and Easter.

- - 10 g salt
- - 80 g raisins
- - 200 ml of milk
- - 500 g flour
- - 25 g yeast
- - 150 g butter

Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the raisins in warm water for 1-1.30 hours.
Step 2
Make a dough. Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm milk, then add 100 g of flour, stir everything well and put in a warm place, for about 1-1.30 hours, the dough should double.
Step 3
Prepare the dough. Mix flour, granulated sugar, milk, salt, eggs. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes, it will turn out to be airy. Then add butter and knead the dough.
Step 4
Mix the dough with the dough. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place to rise for about 1.20-1.50 hours. After an hour, crush the dough and add the raisins and mix well.
Step 5
Lubricate the cugloff dish with butter. Pour the dough into a mold.
Step 6
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown, about 50 to 55 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven, chill kuglof and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
