Delicate butter bread is a great start to the day!
It is necessary
- - 130 g of sugar;
- - 650 g flour;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 160 ml of cream;
- - 40 ml of milk;
- - 20 g of fresh yeast;
- - 1 tsp salt;
- - 250 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the milk with the cream and heat it a little so that the mixture is slightly warm (body temperature). Dissolve the yeast in the milk mixture and add a teaspoon of sugar from the total norm.
Step 2
Remove the butter and eggs from the refrigerator until they are at room temperature.
Step 3
Sift flour and salt into a large bowl, add sugar, mix thoroughly. Add eggs and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients mixture, then stir in softened butter and blend until smooth. Roll into a ball and leave to rise for 90 minutes, covered with cling film.
Step 4
Form 4 loaves from the dough that came up. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and let rise again within 2 hours. Do not forget to cover the blanks to prevent them from drying out!
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Make an incision on each loaf with scissors (so that they rise better), grease with milk and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
