  • - 100 g butter
  • - 30 g corn starch
  • - 7 g yeast
  • - 60 g milk powder
  • - 220 g granulated sugar
  • - 0.5 tsp salt
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 550 g flour
  • - vanillin
  • - 350 ml of milk

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the cream first. Mix 40 g milk powder, 2 eggs, vanillin, starch, 120 g granulated sugar. Whisk everything well until smooth.

Step 2

Heat milk with butter. Pour half of the hot milk into the egg mixture, stir with a whisk until smooth. Pour the egg mixture with the remaining milk, mix gently and thoroughly and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to cool.

Step 3

Prepare the dough. Mix powdered milk, granulated sugar, 50 g of butter, flour with yeast, an egg, add water, salt to taste. Place in a warm place; the dough should double in size.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 18 equal parts.

Step 5

Roll out the dough into an oval. Put on the cream. And roll up. Brush the buns with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 6

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
