The variety of mineral water presented on store shelves makes its choice rather difficult. After all, what kind of water is not here - medicinal, dining room, with and without gas! The consumer can only learn to choose the one that not only quenches his thirst, but also does not harm his health.
Instructions
Step 1
Carefully and slowly study the label - it must necessarily indicate what kind of water it is - medicinal, table or medicinal-table. These waters differ in their mineral content. Medicinal mineral water is most often offered for sale in pharmacies and is not recommended for healthy people. You can quench your thirst in unlimited quantities with table mineral water - it has no therapeutic effect, but you should be careful with the use of medicinal table water - in large quantities, it can cause an imbalance in the body's salt balance and exacerbate existing chronic ailments.
Step 2
Buy mineral water only in large pharmacies and stores where the risk of purchasing counterfeit products is minimal. Check - on the original mineral water there is always a label with detailed information about the location of the manufacturer, conditions and shelf life, well number, expiration date and production date. Please note that the label must also contain the GOST number and certification information. Refuse to buy if the label is written with errors, some of the necessary information is not given on it at all, the text is blurry or not clearly printed - falsified mineral water can harm your health.
Step 3
When buying mineral water, give preference to only well-known brands in our country, whose products have several degrees of protection. Do not buy mineral water from Western manufacturers unknown to you, no matter how beautiful its container is - such water is often a fake, which can pose a threat to your body.
Step 4
Take a close look at the mineral water that you decide to purchase - quality water should be clear, colorless and not have any turbidity or sediment.
