I want to share a delicious, and most importantly - a useful recipe for sweets, from which the teeth will not only not fall out, but also will strengthen -)

It is necessary

  • 1.0.5 kg. dates
  • 2.100 gr walnuts (peanuts can be used)
  • 3.300 gr milk powder
  • 4. Coconut flakes 1-2 packs
  • 4.1 banana (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Put the dates in a bowl. Fill them with boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

While the dates are soaked in boiling water, wash the nuts and lightly fry them in a skillet without oil. Then we cut our nuts (preferably smaller), remove all sorts of skins.

Peel the dates in a separate bowl. We cut the dates.

Add powdered milk to the chopped dates. Knead the mass until smooth.

Step 5

Add nuts and chopped banana (you can use half a banana).

It is easier to roll the balls without a banana, but it tastes better with a banana. -)

Step 6

We put a cup of water in front of us (we wet our hands in water so that our mass does not stick to our hands and we easily and quickly roll up the sweets);

We wet our hands in water, take some of our mass and roll small balls. Roll the rolled balls in coconut flakes. Sweets are ready!
