  • - black bitter chocolate - 50 g;
  • - white chocolate - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the dark bitter chocolate into wedges and place in a saucepan. Put on fire and heat, stirring constantly, until it turns into a homogeneous mass. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the first thoroughly until firm foam. Soften the butter, leaving it at room temperature for a while, then combine with vanilla sugar and stir until creamy. Add to this mass the powdered sugar, flour, whipped egg whites and melted chocolate. Mix well. The cookie dough is ready.

Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment. Place the resulting dough in a pastry bag, the hole in which should be in the shape of an asterisk. Then use it to squeeze strips about 3 centimeters long onto a baking sheet.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the cookie sheet in it for about 10 minutes. Allow the finished baked goods to cool down.

Step 4

With black and white chocolate, do the same as with dark chocolate, that is, melt, but certainly in different dishes. Dip cooled baked goods into melted chocolate, but not completely, but only with the tips. Give the frosting time to set. Cookies "Cat's Paws" are ready!
