  • - onion - 1 head;
  • - tomato - 1 pc.;
  • - champignons - 250 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.;

  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the marinade. Remove the zest from the lemon. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp. Combine lemon juice, half zest, ground black pepper and olive oil.

Step 2

Rinse the fish fillets with water and cover with marinade. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Then fry the fillets in vegetable oil on both sides (about 1-2 minutes on each side).

Step 3

Cut the onion into small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and the tomato into rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine the breadcrumbs with the cheese, leftover lemon zest and red pepper.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the fillets (one layer). On each slice, place a slice of tomato, then a few slices of mushrooms. Top with some fried onions. The topmost layer is grated cheese with pepper and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 220 degrees. The fragrant fish under the crust is ready!
