Korean salads are very popular, they are prepared from carrots, squid, cabbage. A delicious Korean salad is made from mushrooms, such as oyster mushrooms. Korean-style oyster mushrooms are prepared very quickly, but they then need to be infused in the refrigerator.
It is necessary
- - 1.5 kg of oyster mushrooms;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 Crimean bow;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of sugar, vinegar;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse fresh oyster mushrooms under running water, cut them into strips. Place in a saucepan, cover with water, lightly salt and cook for about 15 minutes. Cool the finished oyster mushrooms, add chopped Crimean onions to them, mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Peel and chop onions. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion in it, cook until transparent, then send it warm to the oyster mushrooms, stir.
Step 3
Peel the cloves of garlic, chop - you can use a garlic press, add to mushrooms with onions, stir. Add vinegar, pepper and salt to taste. At this stage, you can add spices to taste, for example, get a special seasoning for Korean carrots - it will work just fine here. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
Step 4
Put the Korean oyster mushrooms in the refrigerator, they should be infused for 12 hours. After that, you can serve the appetizer on the table.
