Instructions

Step 1

Prepare oyster mushrooms, first rinse in running water. Next, cut off the dense legs, they may come in handy for another recipe. If you got large caps of oyster mushrooms, then chop them up in the form of straws. Leave the small mushroom caps unchanged.

Step 2

Prepare a small saucepan, place the mushrooms in it. Fill the food with water so that it does not reach the top of the mushrooms. Dissolve one and a half teaspoons of salt in water. Set the pan with oyster mushrooms on fire, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. After cooking, discard the mushrooms in a colander.

Step 3

Pick up small carrots. Rinse and clean them. Then cut the vegetables into thin but not long strips.

Peel the garlic, then place the clove on a cutting board. Crush it with the flat side of a knife, then chop it finely.

Collect mushrooms, garlic, carrots and powdered sugar in one container. Add acetic acid, it is convenient to measure it with a medical syringe.

Place the spices and vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat up strongly. At that moment, when the paprika begins to change color, pour the hot mixture into a bowl with mushrooms, stirring everything instantly.

Step 7

Leave the finished batch for 1 hour, then the appetizer can be served. Pickled oyster mushrooms will taste better if left in a cool place overnight.
