Oyster mushrooms can be dried. To do this, they must be cut into slices and laid on clean paper or strung on a rope.

You can pickle oyster mushrooms. To do this, you need to boil the water and add all the necessary spices there. As soon as the water boils, add finely chopped oyster mushrooms to it and cook them for 25-30 minutes. Then put in sterilized jars, roll up and cool.

Oyster mushrooms can also be salted. Caps are used for salting. It is necessary to sprinkle the bottom of the dish with salt and lay the caps on top, sprinkling each row with salt. Add oak and cherry leaves. Put a load on top and keep the mushrooms in this way for 4-5 days at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator. Oyster mushrooms will be ready for use in 30-40 days.
