Oyster mushrooms are very tasty and easy to prepare mushrooms. And in combination with chicken fillet, the dish turns out to be very tender and juicy.
We need:
- Chicken fillet (you can buy ready-made, or separate from the whole carcass) - 300-350 gr
- Oyster mushrooms - 400-500 gr
- 1 large, ripe and juicy tomato
- 50-60 gr of any cream
- Any aromatic herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, etc.)
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1-2 bay leaves
- A little vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
1. First you need to prepare all the products: cut the chicken fillet into pieces of medium size (about 2x2 cm), wash the mushrooms, tomato and greens with cool water.
2. Grease a deep frying pan with vegetable oil and place on the stove.
3. After the pan is heated, put the chicken fillet on it and fry evenly until golden brown over medium heat.
4. While the meat is fried, you need to cut the oyster mushrooms and tomato. We cut the mushrooms larger (about 3x3 cm), the tomato is smaller (1x1 cm).
5. Pour oyster mushrooms and tomato to almost finished fillet. Stir, then immediately add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. If the tomato is not juicy enough, you can add a little water. Mix everything again, cover and simmer over moderate heat.
6. While the dish is stewing, you need to chop the washed and dried greens. Mix cream with herbs in any convenient container.
7. After the mushrooms are almost ready, pour the dish with a mixture of cream and herbs and simmer under the lid for another 10-12 minutes.
This dish can be served either alone or with a side dish of rice or potatoes. Light creamy taste will not leave anyone indifferent and will delight the whole family!
