Surely many have heard about the beneficial properties of the oyster mushroom. However, few people know what dishes can be prepared from them. Meanwhile, these mushrooms are now quite affordable, they are very easy to prepare and they have an exquisite taste. It is necessary
- - 500 g of oyster mushrooms;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 1 raw egg;
- - 2 tbsp. grated cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. butter;
- - 2 tablespoons water;
- - ground black pepper;
- - dill greens, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into thin rings, put in a bowl with butter and heat for 2-3 minutes at medium oven power.
Step 2
Add chopped mushrooms, pour in water, salt and pepper. Warm up for 3 minutes at the same power. Then stir the mushrooms and simmer for 6-8 minutes at full power.
Step 3
Add sour cream and cheese. Separate the yolk from the protein and pour the latter into the bowl where the mushrooms are cooked. Add finely chopped dill, stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes at full power.
