It is necessary

    • 500 g of pork tenderloin;
    • 2 pcs. onions;
    • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
    • 200 g champignons;
    • 1-2 bell peppers;
    • 1 tbsp. sour cream;
    • 1/5 Art. water or broth;
    • 2-3 tbsp flour;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spices
    • bay leaf to taste;
    • vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork and let dry well. You can blot it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the meat into small oblong pieces. Salt. Rub gently with chopped garlic and let sit for a few minutes to soak. Then roll the pork in flour.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add meat there. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 3

Peel, wash and cut onions into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Place the chopped onions and mushrooms in the pan. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into thin strips. When the mushrooms are fried until half cooked, place the bell peppers in the pan. Stir and cook over medium heat.

Step 4

Mix sour cream, herbs and spices separately. Place the resulting sour cream sauce in the meat. Stir and add water or broth (if available). When the sauce has boiled, cover and reduce heat. The meat should be stewed for 20-30 minutes, until it becomes soft. If the sauce has boiled away during this time, add more water.

Step 5

A couple of minutes before cooking, toss a couple of bay leaves into the meat to add a special flavor to the dish.
