Instant noodles are a popular dish in China and Japan. The Chinese noodles themselves are cooked very quickly, 5-7 minutes in boiling water. The spices and other ingredients used in the preparation are very diverse. Noodles are served with fish, meat, seafood, and various vegetables. Often, noodles are served with broth.

- 350 gr. chinese noodles
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of starch
- 0.5 cups water
- vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Step 2
Toss the garlic with peanut butter, sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Step 3
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.
Step 4
Marinate the chicken fillet in the marinade.

Leave on for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the marinade into a separate bowl.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Fry the onion and chicken in boiling oil for 4-5 minutes.

Reduce heat, add remaining marinade and tomatoes.

Dissolve starch with water.
