Recently, dishes from Chinese cuisine have become especially popular. These are rolls, sushi, soups, salads. I want to offer you a recipe for making noodles. The taste of these dishes is always unusual. They are, frankly, not for everybody. But I liked it.

It is necessary

  • - dried mushrooms - 10 g
  • - chicken fillet - 400 g
  • - soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.
  • - Chinese noodles (best of all rice flour funchose, but you can take wheat) - 1 pack
  • - leeks -500 g
  • - celery - 125 g
  • - canned bamboo sprouts - 170 g
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • - sesame oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • - carrots -1 pc.
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, fry in olive oil. Add finely chopped carrots, leeks, celery and bamboo shoots and fry for 10 minutes. over low heat, stirring actively.

Step 2

Pour the dried mushrooms with boiling water, leave for 2-3 hours to swell and become soft. Then rinse them well, cut into small pieces and cook for 1 tsp.

Step 3

Boil the noodles until tender, then mix with sesame oil. Add fried fillet with vegetables, mushrooms and season with soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
