Asian cuisine is becoming an increasingly popular trend in the restaurant business. This is not surprising, because Chinese fast food is much more useful in terms of its qualities, and it is quite possible to cook it in your own kitchen.
Ingredients:
- Chinese noodles: wheat, buckwheat, rye or rice;
- Chicken breast;
- Onions - 1 pc;
- Carrots - 1 pc;
- A mixture of frozen vegetables: peas, corn, green beans - 100-150 g;
- Soy sauce;
- Rice vinegar;
- Sesame.
Preparation:
- The best way to make Chinese noodles is a wok. This is a very deep, thin-walled pan that allows you to cook food as quickly as possible. If you do not have such a pan, then you can use any other deep pan with a Teflon coating.
- Boil a package of Chinese noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Depending on the type of noodle chosen, the cooking time can vary from 3 to 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, discard the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold running water.
- Peel and cut the onion into small cubes, peel and grate the carrots as well. Pour a drop of oil into the pan and quickly fry the onions and carrots.
- Throw about 100-150 grams of frozen vegetables to carrots and onions, fry all together until the liquid has completely evaporated. Vegetables should be fried, not stewed. Sprinkle the vegetables with rice vinegar and sauté.
- Separate the chicken breast from the bone, cut into slices 4-5 centimeters long and 1-2 centimeters wide. Add to the fried vegetables, leave on the stove until cooked, stirring occasionally so that the chicken pieces grab evenly.
- Put the boiled noodles to the chicken with vegetables, pour in the soy sauce to taste, mix and leave on the stove for another couple of minutes.
Wok noodles should be eaten hot, so they are prepared for one meal. It is recommended to sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish before serving.
