Step 1
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil until half cooked. Chop the garlic or squeeze it through a press. Finely chop the chili and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings. Wash the mushrooms, drain and cut them into 4 pieces. Dip the chopped mushrooms in the cornmeal.

Peel the ginger and cut it into small strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add garlic, mushrooms, chili peppers, onions and broccoli. Cook everything, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Then add rice vinegar and soy sauce.
