It is necessary

  • To prepare the dough:
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. cold water;
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - half tsp. salt.
  • To prepare the filling:
  • - 300 g chicken fillet;
  • - 400 g of mushrooms;
  • - 200 g broccoli;
  • - 100 g onions;
  • - vegetable oil and salt to taste.
  • To prepare the fill:
  • - 200 ml of cream (approximately 20-33% fat);
  • - 150 g of cheese;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp nutmeg;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir in the butter and egg and add cold water. Then add flour and salt and then knead the dough. Wrap it in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop the onion and pre-cooked and cooled chicken fillet, and the mushrooms into pieces. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and salt and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the fillet and broccoli and continue to fry for another 10 minutes. The finished frying should be cooled.

Step 3

To prepare the filling, you need to beat the eggs and combine them with finely grated cheese and cream. Stir these ingredients in, add the nutmeg, salt to taste and mix well again.

Step 4

Coat a baking dish with butter and lay in baking paper. Pour the dough into a mold and make bumpers. Lay out the filling and filling carefully. Then place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the dish for 40 minutes.
