How to treat yourself to delicious, but not too high-calorie pastries? A low-calorie, juicy and satisfying chicken pie paired with broccoli with egg yogurt and cheese sauce will do the job just fine.

Step 1
Defrost the finished puff pastry at room temperature for 40 minutes.
