One of these dishes is sour cream pie with mushrooms and chicken. This cake is prepared quickly, and the result is always delicious.

It is necessary

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - sour cream - 400 g;
  • - flour - 1 glass;
  • - baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • - salt to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • - fresh champignons or oyster mushrooms - 300 g;
  • - onions - 1 pc.;
  • - spices and salt;
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the dough for the sour cream. To do this, beat the eggs lightly with a fork in a saucepan. Then add sour cream, a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs and season with spices. Stir the mixture until smooth.

Step 2

Add baking powder and flour to the mixture and knead the dough, which should turn out to be thin. Leave the dough to brew for half an hour and start preparing the filling for the sour cream.

Step 3

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until golden brown.

Step 4

Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut them into strips or cubes. Add the chopped mushrooms to the skillet with onions and sauté until excess moisture comes out.

Step 5

Wash the chicken fillet and cut off any excess (films and tendons), cut the fillets into cubes. Add chicken to onions and mushrooms, stir and fry until tender. Finally, add salt and season with spices.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish and pour half of the dough into it. Spread the filling on top of the dough in an even layer. Pour the remaining dough over the filling. Place the cake to bake. After 15-20 minutes, remove it from the oven, make several punctures with a fork over the entire surface of the dough and put it in the oven for another half hour.

Step 7

Cool the finished cake directly in the form and only then remove from it.
