  • Ingredients for making the dough:
  • - 50 g margarine (can be replaced with butter);
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 3 tbsp. cold water;
  • - 0.5 tsp salt;
  • - 200 g flour.
  • Ingredients for making the filling:
  • - 300 g chicken fillet;
  • - 300 g of mushrooms (it is better to take champignons);
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • - 170 ml. heavy cream (20%);
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 150 g of cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the margarine from the refrigerator in advance - it should be at room temperature. Whisk margarine and egg. Add remaining ingredients and knead the dough.

Step 2

Place it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour. Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Boil the skinless breast, and wash and chop the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion. Place mushrooms and onions in a skillet and fry them. You can fry in vegetable or olive oil - at your discretion. Season with salt, pepper and spices.

Step 4

Add the finished chicken breast to the mushrooms and onions, stir and simmer a little more over low heat. Remove from heat after 5 minutes. Roll out the dough according to the size of your baking dish. Place on the bottom of a greased pan. Form the sides and transfer the filling evenly over the top.

Step 5

To pour, beat eggs and combine with cream and grated cheese. Mix everything well and pour the mixture over the filling. Now the pie can be sent to the oven for 35-40 minutes. Best served hot.
