  • - 125 g butter or margarine;
  • - 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - salt;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • For filling:
  • -500 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 5 medium-sized onions;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - salt;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried parsley;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 100 g of cheese.

The peculiarity of Laurent pie is the combination of shortcrust pastry, filling and egg-milk filling, which provides the product with special tenderness and softness. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pie. Kish lauren is baked in a uniform, and served on the table in it. The product is eaten hot or cold, no additional sauces are required. You can cook Laurent pie in the oven or multicooker.

For the preparation of a mushroom pie, champignons or forest mushrooms are suitable: boletus, boletus, honey agarics.
