Pizza lovers will love the vegetarian version of this dish. You can make such a pizza very quickly if you use ready-made dough that is sold in stores. If you wish, you can make the dough yourself according to your favorite recipe.

- 1 layer of store-bought pizza dough
- 3 mushrooms
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brown sugar
- 1 pinch of red pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper, red
- 1 small head of broccoli
Instructions
Step 1
Heat some olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry until soft for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Disassemble fresh broccoli into inflorescences, boil in boiling water or for a couple of 10 minutes, cut. If you use frozen broccoli, cook for no more than 8 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into rings. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Cooking the sauce. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, red pepper, and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl. While beating, add 1 tablespoon of the rest of the water to make a creamy sauce.
Step 4
Spread the sauce on the pizza dough sheet. Top with grated cheese, mushrooms, broccoli and red bell pepper, cut into rings. We bake in the oven in accordance with the instructions on the dough bag.
