The cookie and plum cake turns out to be very tasty and at the same time simple, it only takes about 25 minutes of your time to cook it.
Ingredients:
- Shortbread cookies - 300 g;
- Fresh plum - 200 g;
- Canned peaches - 80 g;
- Plum syrup - 80 ml;
- Liqueur - 40 ml;
- Creamy chocolate - 1 bar;
- Walnuts - 120 g;
- Black currant - 80 g;
- Heavy cream - 80 ml;
- Powdered sugar - 80 g.
Preparation:
- Wash the plum berries well in advance, divide each into 2 parts and remove the seed.
- Gently sort out the currant berries, remove all the branches, wash in running warm water.
- Crack the walnuts, remove the kernels from them, which must then be fried in a hot pan without adding oil until cooked.
- Expand the chocolate bar, divide it into parts, pass each through a fine grater, you should get an airy chocolate crumb.
- To create a cream, it is necessary to put heavy cream and powdered sugar in one container, beat the mass until an airy mass is formed.
- Drain all the syrup from the canned peaches into a deep bowl, remove the seeds from the fruits themselves.
- Pour the required amount of liqueur and a little juice remaining after the peaches into the previously prepared and cooled sugar syrup.
- Pour a little of the prepared syrup into a flat dish in it to soak shortbread cookies, which must be layered on a dish.
- Place thin slices of plum and black currant between each new layer of cookies.
- Decorate the top layer of the cake with butter cream, roasted crumbled nuts and ready-made chocolate chips. In order for the cake to soak, it must be removed to a cold place for about half an hour.
