Quiche with chicken fillet and fresh aromatic mushrooms is a great dish for those who do not like complicated recipes. The cake is prepared very quickly and is suitable for any occasion.
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 300 gr. flour;
- - 10 grams of yeast;
- - 200 ml of water;
- - sugar (a little) and a pinch of salt;
- - a spoonful of olive oil.
- Filling:
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - 300 ml of cream;
- - 2 small chicken breasts or one large;
- - salt, fresh parsley, pepper, nutmeg;
- - 250-300 grams of any mushrooms (preferably only fresh).
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour with a pinch of sugar, salt and half of the water, dilute the yeast in the second half and let it stand for literally 5-7 minutes. Pour yeast and a spoonful of butter into the dough, mix, cover with a towel (film) and remove to a warm place. The mass should be approximately doubled.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, dry on a towel, cut into slices. Fry mushrooms with olive oil, set aside.
Step 4
Cover the mold with the finished dough (21 cm in diameter). Put beans on top. Send the form to the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the boiled breast into pieces. Remove the base for the quiche from the oven, remove the beans, and put the ready-made mushrooms on the dough, sprinkle them with chopped parsley on top. Put chicken pieces on mushrooms with herbs.
Step 6
Break eggs into a bowl, beat well and pour cream into them, then add salt and seasonings. Beat thoroughly again. Pour mushrooms and chicken with the prepared air mass.
Step 7
Put the pie in the oven for 25 minutes, if necessary, increase the time to 30-35 minutes. Baking temperature - 180C.
