This dish is moderately spicy, very aromatic. Already in appearance alone, the dish looks appetizing, tempting. Hot and sweet peppers will add a new spicy taste to the potatoes, and thanks to the soy sauce, the dish becomes much more aromatic.
It is necessary
- - 4 young potatoes;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1 hot small pepper;
- - 1 onion;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - parsley, dill, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes, onions, peppers, rinse. Remove the seeds, white partitions from the Bulgarian and hot peppers. Cut the potatoes into slices or strips. Chop the onion coarsely into half rings.
Step 2
Fry the prepared potatoes and onions in a skillet in vegetable oil. Do not add salt to the food at this stage of cooking!
Step 3
Cut the peppers into strips, add both hot and sweet peppers to the pan. Stir the potatoes very often during frying to prevent them from burning.
Step 4
10 minutes after the start of frying the potatoes, pour the soy sauce into the pan, salt and stir. Fry until the potatoes are tender. If you like soy sauce, you can add more.
Step 5
Rinse the dill and parsley, chop.
Step 6
Place the potatoes on a plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve as an independent dish or as a side dish for any meat.
