Singapore style black pepper shrimp should be cooked just before serving. The most important thing in a recipe is to prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance so that you can act very quickly later. Do not cook a lot of snacks - even after a couple of hours in the refrigerator, it will lose its interesting exotic taste.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 12 shrimps;
- - 100 ml of water;
- - 50 g butter;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of oyster sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fish sauce;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 2 fresh coriander stalks;
- - black allspice, cane sugar, ginger, green onions.

Step 1
Prepare the shrimp, peel them off, remove the intestines. You can leave the ponytails - they will decorate the finished snack.
Step 2
Heat butter in a skillet, fry chopped garlic, onion, ginger.
Step 3
As soon as you feel a strong aroma, add crushed peppers and shrimps, cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add chilli to the skillet, add cane sugar, water and fish sauce, cook for three minutes.
Step 5
Place prepared shrimp with sauce in a deep bowl, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately, do not wait for the appetizer to cool down.
