This cookie is called double for a reason: it contains both chocolate and cocoa! And also a little surprise inside in the form of a caramel filling!
It is necessary
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 250 g flour;
- - 60 g cocoa;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- - 1 egg;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 100 g butterscotch.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a microwave or water bath. Mix it with sugar with a mixer until a thick, viscous mass is formed.
Step 2
Add egg, cocoa, a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Add flour and baking powder and knead with a spoon, as the mixture will be very thick. Knead the dough thoroughly and roll into a ball. Place it in the freezer for half an hour, wrapped in cling film.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 4
Cut the iris into small pieces. Roll into balls from the frozen dough and stick a piece of candy inside each. Close the hole with the toffee with a piece of dough and put it in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
