Simple chocolate biscuits with no hassle to prepare. You will be fascinated by the taste and texture of the cookie. It is prepared very quickly, it needs to be cooled before serving.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of dark chocolate;
- - 200 g of cookies;
- - 100 g seedless raisins;
- - 100 g of chocolate balls from breakfast cereals;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- - butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine honey, chocolate and butter in a ladle. Melt over medium heat. Take the amount of oil by eye, you should get a thin, dark mass.
Step 2
Break the cookies into this chocolate-buttery mixture. A regular Jubilee cookie is suitable for this recipe. Break not too large, but not too small - let our cookies have pieces of different sizes. Add seedless raisins there.
Step 3
Stir in the chocolate balls from your quick breakfast cereal. The number of balls may vary - look at the consistency. The result should be a dense thick mass, all cookies and balls should be completely covered with chocolate. In this case, the mass should not be liquid!
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, which you have previously soaked in water and remember with your hands - this is required in order for the paper to become more pliable. Put the chocolate mass on top of the paper, smooth it over the bottom of the baking sheet, put it in the freezer for half an hour.
Step 5
After half an hour, remove the crispy unbaked chocolate chip cookies from the freezer, cut into portions or break. Fold in a vase, serve with tea or with coffee.
