The airfryer has become a godsend for many housewives, because dishes cooked in it not only cook quickly, but also cause an appetite thanks to its crisp crust. In addition, due to its fat-free cooking, it is considered dietary.
It is necessary
-
- Pork ribs - 1, 2 kg;
- Oranges -2 pcs.;
- Honey - 4 tsp;
- Lemon juice - 3 tsp;
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp;
- Pepper
- salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare ribs. To do this, first rinse them well in cold running water and dry slightly. If the ribs are large, cut (chop) them into portions.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. First, wash the oranges well and rub their rind on a fine grater to get the zest. Then cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice well from the halves with your hands or a juicer.
Step 3
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, and melted honey in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the marinade to a boil over low heat with constant stirring. It will take about 10 minutes. Cool the marinade to room temperature.
Step 4
Place the ribs in a deep saucepan or bowl, pour over the marinade and stir well. Cover with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Step 5
Cook the pork ribs in the airfryer at 230 degrees and high speed for 25-30 minutes. Pour the remaining marinade over the meat every five minutes. Gently transfer the ribs to a plate and serve, garnished with finely chopped dill, parsley or basil. Bon Appetit!
