The marinade of honey and beer gives a special piquancy to the baked pork ribs.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pork ribs;
- - 2-3 onions;
- - 1, 5 glasses of beer;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- - vegetable oil
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pork ribs under running cold water. Cut into portions. Mix beer and honey. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
Step 2
Place the ribs in a small saucepan, season with salt and pepper to taste. On top of the meat, place the onion, cut into rings. Pour beer and honey marinade over all ingredients. Put the oppression on top and leave the ribs to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the marinade and fry it over high heat in a little vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the sautéed ribs to a baking dish. Top them with a beer and honey marinade. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the ribs in it for about 1 hour, periodically pouring the juice over them.
