Step 1
Rinse purchased ribs thoroughly and divide 1 or 2 ribs per serving. Soak ribs in cold water, remove, pat dry with paper towel.

Make a grill sauce with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and tabasco sauce. Season to taste.

Place the ribs in a flat dish and pour over the sauce. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. Turn over periodically.
Step 4
Transfer the ribs to the top wire rack of your Airfryer. For intensive frying and heating the meat, bake for the first 30 minutes at 200 ° C, then 15 minutes at 175 ° C and 15 minutes at 150 ° C. Pour the sauce on the cuts of meat every 5 minutes, so the ribs are evenly baked and soft.
