In this case, it will not be difficult to cook chicken: chicken meat, preferably not frozen, should be thoroughly washed and cooked with onions and bay leaves in salted water. Chicken meat is also used for preparing second courses - for example, you can stew chicken with vegetables or cook chicken cutlets.

If you do not have a lot of time, you can simply fry the chicken meat in the form of a chop or cut it into portions. Frying chicken is easy: thanks to the light, delicate structure of the meat, the chicken pieces are quickly fried, covered with an appetizing golden crust. You can also cook chicken in such a way that the finished dish will become a real decoration of any festive table. To do this, you can bake chicken with spices and minced meat.

We will need: fresh chicken, half a kilo of minced pork, three onions, three slices of white bread soaked in milk, half a kilo of mushrooms, two eggs and a can of canned pineapples.

  1. Use fresh chicken that has never been frozen.
  2. Make minced meat for the filling: mix the fried mushrooms, a little fried minced pork, finely chopped or minced onions, white bread, eggs and finely chopped pineapples. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Rub the washed and prepared chicken inside and out with curry spice.
  4. Stuff the chicken with cooked minced meat, being careful not to stuff it too hard. After finishing stuffing, sew up the hole with a thread.
  5. Rub the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper, if you wish, you can coat the carcass with soy sauce.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the chicken there, previously laid in a greased form.
  7. Bake the chicken at 180 to 210 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes. Cooking time directly depends on the size of the chicken carcass. The finished dish can be eaten both hot and cold.
