It is necessary

    • 400g pork
    • 2 bell pepper pods
    • 3 tomatoes
    • 1 bunch of green onions
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pork, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet and fry the pork, stirring occasionally, for seven minutes.

Wash the paprika pods, dry and cut each in half, core with the seeds and cut into cubes. Add bell peppers to the meat and cook for another ten minutes.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes, make a criss-cross cut and dip in boiling water. Then remove with a slotted spoon and pour over with cold water, remove the skin and cut into large slices. Add tomatoes to meat with pepper, salt and pepper to taste, stir.

Step 4

Cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes.
