  • - dry spices to taste,
  • - 12, 5 Art. tablespoons of odorless vegetable or sunflower oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Cut the peeled beets into strips or cubes, also cut the carrots (if desired, grate the carrots).

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry the onion. Add beets to the onion, stir, add the carrots after a minute. Fry vegetables over low heat. All vegetables can be fried separately, but then more oil will be consumed.
