It is necessary

  • - 500 g white fish fillet
  • - 1 tbsp. l. butter
  • - 1 tbsp. l. bread crumbs
  • - 3 egg whites
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • - 400 g cream
  • - 500 g boiled shrimp
  • - 6 crayfish tails
  • - pulp of 1 crab
  • - salt, pepper, dill
  • Green sauce
  • - 400 g mayonnaise
  • - 200 g sour cream
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 2 tbsp. l. chopped onions, parsley and dill

Instructions

Step 1

Grease a rectangular dish with a capacity of about 2 liters butter, sprinkle with bread crumbs, cut the fish fillets into pieces and grind in a mixer.

Step 2

Add salt, pepper, egg white. Add flour, cream, dill and stir until smooth.

Step 3

Peel the shrimp. Set some aside, and coarsely chop the rest. Combine crayfish tails and crab flesh.

Step 4

Whisk remaining egg whites until foamy, add crab mixture. Then divide the mixture in half, add chopped shrimp in one half, and crab mixture in the other. Lay the layers alternately.

Step 5

Cover with foil and place in a frypot half full of hot water. Bake for 1 hour.

Step 6

Combine sauce ingredients and refrigerate. Cut the pate into slices and place on a serving platter. Garnish with peeled shrimp and herbs.
