Chicken rolls in bacon are very tasty and aromatic. The filling can be varied (for example, cheese, mushroom) - in this case, a recipe with prunes and nuts is offered.
It is necessary
- For 6 rolls:
- - chicken fillet - 300 gr.;
- - bacon s / k - 150 gr.;
- - bun;
- - milk;
- - salt pepper
- For filling:
- - prunes - 100 gr.;
- - walnuts - 50 gr.
Instructions
Step 1
We pass the fillet through a meat grinder (or use ready-made minced chicken).
Soak the bun in milk, then squeeze it and mix with the minced meat. Salt, pepper the minced meat.
Step 2
Chop the nuts and finely chop the prunes.
Step 3
We form a flat cake from the minced meat and put the filling in the middle.
Step 4
We make a cutlet and wrap it with a strip of bacon.
Step 5
We bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
