Combine one egg and 180 ml of curdled milk. Sift 1, 5 cups of wheat flour, combine with baking powder. Stir the dry mixture into the liquid mass, add 60 grams of soft butter, mix well. Cover the bowl with the dough with a bag or plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for about half an hour.
