    • For the cream:
    • 1 glass of sour cream;
    • 0.5 cups of sugar;
    • 1 teaspoon of natural cocoa.

Step 1

Make a quick semolina pie with a layer of thick sweet and sour jam. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with half a glass of sugar white, beat the whites into a strong foam. In a deep bowl of yolks, add semolina and whipped egg whites in portions. Stir the dough gently to keep it airy. Pour the finished mixture onto a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil and distribute evenly. Bake the crust in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until it acquires a pleasant golden color.

In a saucepan, combine milk and 0.5 cups of sugar, bring the mixture to a boil and, stirring, heat it until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the baked crust over with hot syrup.
