Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine 1 cup wheat flour (preferably sifted), 10 grams of baking powder, half a cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt (add salt to taste). Then add half a glass of mayonnaise and two medium-sized eggs to the dry mixture, knead the dough. The consistency of the dough will be thicker than sour cream, knead until smooth (stir all the lumps).

Step 2

Rinse dried apricots in advance, soak and dry well. Cut dried apricots into small cubes. Dried apricots can be replaced with any nuts or berries, it is already a matter of taste (if desired, dried apricots (nuts or berries can be replaced with prepared meat, for example pork fried with onions). Mix dried apricots with dough.
