  • - 5 pieces of eggs;
  • - 80 g of sugar;
  • - 70 g flour;

  • For filling:
  • - 500 g cream ice cream;
  • - 1 glass of berries (strawberry or raspberry jam).

Step 1

Ice cream should be removed from the freezer and placed in the refrigerator to soften.

Step 2

Make a biscuit. Beat the eggs with a mixer, placing the bowl in a water bath for 2 minutes. Remove from the bath, add sugar and continue beating for 10 minutes until the egg-sugar mass at least doubles.

Step 3

Sift flour. Adding flour and starch in portions to the dough, gently constantly stir the mixture with a spatula from bottom to top. The dough will settle down a little.

Step 4

Line a flat rectangular baking sheet with baking paper and pour the dough on it, flatten. Bake for 7-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Remove the finished biscuit from the oven, turn it over onto a clean towel and quickly peel off the paper. Roll the sponge cake together with a towel immediately. Let the product cool down.

Prepare the filling. Cut the strawberries into pieces, mix with ice cream. Instead of fresh berries, you can use strawberry or raspberry jam.

Unroll the cooled roll and distribute the filling evenly, without reaching the edges of the biscuit. Roll up the roll again in plastic or paper, rolling around the edges with candy. Place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
