If you want something sweet, do not rush to the store for chocolate or candy canes. Try a fruity dessert made from baked pears with biscuit and nut filling.

It is necessary

  • - ripe conference pear, 3 pcs.
  • - biscuit biscuits 100 g.
  • - almonds 50 g.
  • - egg 1 pc.
  • - granulated sugar 2 tbsp. l.
  • - lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • - apple juice 150 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and cut the pears in half. To get rid of the core, make a deeper notch.

Step 2

Grind the almonds until crumbly.

Step 3

Pack the biscuit cookies in a plastic bag and knead well with your hands, a rolling pin or a crush.

Step 4

Separate the egg white from the yolk. Combine the protein with sugar, lemon juice, chopped cookies, and nuts.

Step 5

Pour apple juice into the multicooker bowl.

Step 6

Stuff the pears with the mixture and carefully place them on the bottom of the multicooker bowl (no more than three halves at a time).

Step 7

Turn on the "Multi-cook" mode for 15 minutes and set the temperature to 140 degrees.

Step 8

Remove hot pears with tongs and top with creamy sauce. Serve hot or cold - optional.
