The baked potatoes in a multicooker are unusually tasty and appetizing. It can be cooked whole, baked with cheese, or made with meat and mushrooms. Any of these dishes will not be ashamed to be served on the festive table.
Whole baked potatoes
For baking in a slow cooker, take small potato tubers. Clean and wash them. Preheat the multicooker, pour some vegetable oil into the bowl, place the potatoes. Salt it, add seasoning to taste. Sprinkle potatoes with vegetable oil, close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.
To make the potatoes brown on all sides, after half an hour of the program, open the lid of the multicooker and turn the potatoes over.
Place the cooked baked potatoes in a deep bowl, pour over melted butter, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs if desired.
Baked potatoes with cheese in a slow cooker
Very quickly in a slow cooker, you can cook baked potatoes with cheese. Take 1 kg of potatoes, 3 sausages, 50 g of hard cheese, 1 teaspoon of spices (Provencal herbs), ½ teaspoon of dried garlic or 2 fresh cloves, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and place them in the multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil, garlic, pepper, Provencal herbs, salt and stir. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the potatoes. Set the Bake mode to 1 hour at 20 minute intervals to stir the food during cooking. Add the sliced sausages ten minutes before cooking.
Recipe for baked potatoes with meat and mushrooms
For potatoes baked with meat and mushrooms, you will need: 1-1, 2 kg of potatoes, 500 g of any meat, 300 g of fresh mushrooms, 200 g of sour cream, 100 g of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, salt, herbs, spices for meat - to taste.
Wash and cut the meat into small pieces, put them in a bowl, add two tablespoons of sour cream, the same amount of soy vinegar, salt and meat spices, stir and leave for 2 hours. Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Fry the onions and mushrooms until half cooked in the "Fry" mode.
Prepare the potatoes, cut them into slices. Put the fried onions and mushrooms from the multicooker, put half of the chopped potatoes in the bowl. Dilute sour cream with a little water, add spices to it. Salt the potatoes, cover with sour cream, put a layer of marinated meat, on it - a layer of potatoes, which also needs to be salted. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on top of the potatoes, add herbs and grated cheese.
At the end of the program, you can leave the dish in the multicooker for 30 minutes in the “Warm up” mode.
Close the multicooker by setting the Baking mode for 50 minutes. The finished dish turns out as good as in a pressure cooker.
