Step 1

Cut the pears into several parts, peel the skin and boil for a few minutes in water with lemon juice. It is not necessary to boil pears, their consistency should remain firm.

Cut the beef into small pieces, bread in flour and a mixture of black ground pepper and salt. Fry the meat in vegetable or olive oil until crusty. While frying, add beer, some honey, chopped onions and basil to the contents of the pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Beef should be cooked for at least 40 minutes.
