Beef is an excellent thing to talk about endlessly. You can spend a lot of time preparing a 10-course dinner, or you can just skillfully make roast beef rolls with pears in red wine.

- Beef (one piece) - 900 grams;
- celery stalks - 7 pieces;
- carrots - 300 grams;
- parsley - 1 bunch;
- dry red wine - 500 grams;
- pears - 3 pieces;
- clove bud - 3 pieces;
- ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon;
- allspice peas - 1 teaspoon;
- salt to taste;
- olive oil;
- the grapes are green.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and core the pears and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Put them in a saucepan, cover with wine, add cloves and allspice, bring to a boil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Let the pears cool. Then cut into 1 centimeter thick slices and put back in the pot of wine. Refrigerate for 1, 5 - 2 hours.

Rub the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, brush with oil and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it on for 30 minutes.

Preheat a skillet and brown the beef on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Place the skillet with meat in the oven, heated to 220 degrees, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the carrots and celery into thin slices and chop the parsley.
Step 8
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and cook in the oven for about 12 minutes. Let cool.
Step 9
Cut the cooled roast beef into thin slices. Place some vegetables in the center of each slice, season with salt and pepper, and roll.
Step 10
Place each roast beef roll on top of a pear slice and garnish with parsley leaves and grapes.
